Melissa has many titles and wears many hats. These include Principal of Peak Media and mother to Jackson and Greyson. She is also an advocate and community activist for autism, cancer—and especially children. Melissa offers her resources and gifts to several local non-profits in the Baton Rouge community, ranging from the American Cancer Society to The Battle Against Autism, the Emerge Center and now Safety Alert Patrol. When Melissa sees a need in the community, she doesn’t wait for it, she tries to meet it with active participation. Melissa feels blessed and honored to serve her clients at Peak Media, as well as her community.

Michael is Director of Operations at Peak Media. For over 20 years, he has worked in local and regional media, digital development, and marketing. A professional ‘Jack of all trades,’ from editing and designing publications, television production, developing enterprise-level websites and apps, and leading sales, support, and marketing teams managing 100-plus account portfolios.

Michael has won awards for journalism and marketing and has served on the boards of several professional and community-based organizations. He is an experienced marketer who lives by the belief that “Every person, business, and organization needs marketing.”

Lauren Bailey serves as the Vice President of Legal Affairs at the Louisiana State Medical Society (LSMS), where she leads strategic oversight of contract management, regulatory compliance, and legislative engagement. In this role, she plays a critical part in shaping policy initiatives and ensuring alignment with evolving healthcare laws and regulations.

She also serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the American Society of Medical Association Counsel. In addition, she holds a leadership role as Vice Chairperson of the Prescription Monitoring Program and serves as a designated representative of both the Prescription Benefit Monitoring Advisory Council and the Louisiana Health Care Commission, contributing to statewide healthcare policy and oversight.

Prior to joining LSMS, Bailey served as Executive Counsel for the Louisiana School Employees’ Retirement System where she advised on legislative strategy, drafted and analyzed policy, and represented the Board of Trustees in legislative proceedings. Her legal career also includes service with the Louisiana State Senate and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office.

A native of Berwick, Louisiana, Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center.

Caden is a lead developer of the Safety Alert Patrol platform and a co-founder of Omni Strive. He builds the matching system that connects schools and other organizations with qualified military veterans and retired law enforcement professionals, and providing ongoing support to keep it running.

Baron is a lead developer of the Safety Alert Patrol platform alongside Caden and a co-founder of Omni Strive. He provides ongoing support to the schools, houses of worship, and medical facilities that use it.
